People come to me when the conventional medicine route fails them. I review lab work beyond standard ranges to assess optimal function considering early imbalances, and nutrient insufficiencies, pair the findings with integrative nutrition, and get them feeling better with a whole body, functional medicine approach that not only incorporates diet, but also lifestyle as well.

I offer remote telehealth appointments allowing you to chat with me from the comfort and privacy of your home.

See below the types of appointments I offer.

What are telehealth appointments?

Telehealth appointments are wonderful as they allow me to see clients all over the world. There are no waiting rooms and no travel time for you. You get to book an appointment on my calendar and then at that date and time we chat online. I use Practice Better, which allows for bookings, payments, and secure chatting via their platform. My favorite fact about telehealth appointments is that it allows my clients to be completely comfortable while chatting with me - something that is key in helping to create a safe and happy environment to getting to the root of your health issues!

  • This is an opportunity for you to learn about me and share your nutrition concerns and goals.

  • In our first visit we will review your health history, latest blood labs, current dietary choices, lifestyle, medications/herbs/supplements, and more. Our initial consultation will be divided into 2 60-minute sessions. 48-72 hours after our 2nd meeting you will receive an email with recommendations that will jump start your well-being including dietary adjustments, supportive lifestyle practices, supplemental/herbal recommendations, recipes, exercises, and mindfulness techniques. You will leave with the understanding of why we have made the changes and the tools to incorporate them into your lifestyle.

  • These visits are for clients who are actively engaged in nutrition counseling who are working towards balancing specific conditions. In these visits we will discuss what went well and challenges that came up. We will address questions and concerns, track your progress, and make adjustments to your unique plan.

“I’ve been working with Crystal for a couple of months now, initially seeking support to lower my cholesterol. From the beginning, Crystal took a comprehensive approach, evaluating all my symptoms and overall health to understand the bigger picture. Through this process, we shifted focus to improving my gut health. Crystal has been incredibly patient as I’ve navigated the challenges of cutting out dairy and eggs, always supporting my choices without pressure. I recently completed a GI-MAP test through her, which offered valuable insights. Based on the results, she completely revised my supplement regimen - and just two weeks in, I’m already noticing a difference. Crystal has provided exceptional guidance on supplements, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. I’m so grateful for her thoughtful, personalized approach to care.”
